The rooms were quiet and clean and the bathrooms were clean. The location was great as it was next to a subway station...

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room overall was amazingly comfortable. Location: the hotel was very close to Gimpo Airport and Seoul and the city centre.

I arrived late at the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff. Despite the late hour, they went out of their way to assist me in finding food options nearby. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to the Metro for transportation. The room itself was comfortable and the bed provided a good night's sleep. I had a positive experience at Ramada Encore and would recommend it to others.

There where central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV in the room, liked that. Hotel's location was particularly good as it was in front of a subway station.

The location was marvellous for traveling around Seoul, just off the subway and the city centre. It also was right next to LG science park. My room included central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. There was bidet, a plus for me.

The noise level at night was unbearable, with construction work and traffic keeping us awake for most of the night. the staff was unresponsive to our requests, and the room lacked basic amenities like a working air conditioning and comfortable pillows.

a very enjoyable way to end my trip. nice accommodation with favourable setting close to airport, and several amazing restaurants. fairly quiet rooms & clean bathrooms. exceptionally comfortable bed and really polite and amicable staff.

Hard to think of anything.

During my new year trip, the two complementary facts that I appreciated were the daily bottled water and the fast Wi-Fi service. The key location aspect was the hotel's proximity to the subway station, which made it easy to explore the city. It was also great that the hotel had heated floors, which kept us warm during the cold season.

My enjoyment was marred by a few negative aspects. the hotel's gym was not impressive.
